BracketForge

FAIR PLAY, CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Operator and service

BracketForge at https://bracketforgehq.com is operated by Anthony Settembro as an individual / sole proprietor in California, United States, not an LLC. BracketForge is the public brand. The website and these Terms are in English, and the service is accessible internationally. Contact [email protected] for support, privacy requests or abuse reports.

Age and permitted use

The service is intended for adult organizers and users aged 13 or older and is not directed at children under 13. Follow any applicable local age and parental-permission requirements. No age-verification or parental-consent system is provided. Use BracketForge for lawful competitions, not gambling, betting, cash-prize management, harassment or illegal content.

Organizer responsibilities and user content

You control the participants, seeds, format settings and results. Verify settings and outcomes before relying on them. BracketForge does not arbitrate tournament disputes, enforce your event rules or verify participant identities. Tournament and participant names are user-entered content, not owned, verified or endorsed by BracketForge. Use information you are permitted to use and obtain necessary permissions before sharing other people’s information. Prefer aliases and avoid sensitive or unnecessary personal data and unauthorized third-party assets.

Local saves and backups

Tournaments are stored in the browser for this site origin, not in a server-side tournament database. There are no accounts, cloud synchronization or server recovery of local tournaments. Saves depend on your browser, device and storage availability; clearing browser data or changing devices/domains can lose or isolate them. Keep JSON backups of important events. People using the same browser profile may be able to see the locally saved data.

Sharing and exports

Sharing is voluntary. Anyone with a complete snapshot link can view its data. A snapshot is a fixed copy, not a live collaborative tournament, and is not encrypted or access-controlled. Editing or deleting the local tournament does not update or revoke the link or remove recipients’ copies. Review names and results before sharing or exporting. Export and print behavior depends on browser/device support; large events can require multiple pages and more time or memory.

Free core and inactive integrations

Core tournament creation and management are free. No billing, premium subscriptions, user accounts, server-side tournament storage or paid APIs are provided. Advertising, optional Cloudflare Web Analytics, third-party analytics and tracking integrations are disabled. Changes in information practices will be reflected in the Privacy Policy.

Support, privacy and abuse reports

Send support, privacy requests and abuse reports to [email protected]. The support form downloads a draft or opens your email app; it does not submit messages or attach tournaments automatically. Incoming mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s Gmail inbox. Outgoing branded-address replies are not yet configured. Review the Privacy Policy for local storage, sharing, email access and the target maximum support-email retention of 12 months from receipt, with exceptions for unresolved matters or legal obligations. The website does not provide an automated support-email deletion system.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply under the law where you live.

Changes to these Terms

Revised Terms will be posted on this page with their effective date.
